Welcome to the Official AggieWesties Website!
The Aggie West Coast Swing Dance Club (aka AggieWesties) is a recognized
student organization of Texas A&M University (TAMU).
Our purpose is to promote West Coast Swing (WCS) dancing, at TAMU and in the Bryan/College Station (BCS) area. We aim to make WCS lessons and social dances available, fun, and affordable to everyone in the BCS area.

Learn to dance starting this week:
No partner needed, so bring yourself, bring a friend, come join us!
Open to all college students (TAMU & Blinn) and adult community members too.
Just come to the lessons (with our easy sign-in), no need to signup in advance.
Affordable: Your first 6 weeks beginner lessons are free!

Saturday, October 21st is our big Social Dance at the REC!!
Guest workshop instructors are TBD.
Private lessons will be available.

This Week:
Wed Oct 12th - WCS lessons for Spring semester:
9PM Level 1 (Beginner):
This is Week 4 of our 6 week Beginner lesson cycle.
These are fun lessons to learn the basics of the dance. Come get started.
8PM Level 2:
Level 2 is for our experienced WCS dancers
who already have instructor approval to move up to L2.
Lessons continue with more fun patterns/technique/variations to learn.

Note: please try to carpool together as the parking lot might fill up.
There is some overflow parking across the street

Aggie Westies membership is open to all college students (TAMU and Blinn) and adult community members too.
